Job Summary:

The
Process Coordinator
will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily business operations to ensure a smooth workflow across departments. This role involves maintaining accurate data records, analyzing large datasets, preparing reports, and supporting automation initiatives for process improvement.

The candidate should have
strong analytical and coordination skills
, along with
expert-level knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
, to assist management in data-driven decision-making and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage daily operational processes between departments.
  • Maintain and update data records accurately across multiple systems.
  • Prepare and automate reports for management review and performance tracking.
  • Implement process improvements using automation tools and Google Apps Script.
  • Create dashboards, apply conditional formatting, and manage complex data sheets.
  • Monitor task progress, ensure timely completion, and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with teams from inquiry to dispatch to ensure data accuracy and smooth execution.
  • Provide analytical insights to support strategic business decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
    , including:
  • Advanced formulas:
    VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, FILTER, QUERY, ArrayFormula
  • Conditional formatting and data validation
  • Dashboard creation and automation using
    Google Apps Script
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent coordination, time management, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in operations, MIS, or process coordination is an advantage.
