Job Description Senior Motion Graphic Designer

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Motion Graphic Designer to lead and execute motion design projects that align with our brand vision and business goals. As a Senior Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and content teams to create compelling visual assets across website, marketplace and social platforms. You will also mentor junior designers and help shape the creative direction of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, engaging motion graphics and product videos for digital platforms like social media, websites, and Amazon.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into compelling video content.

• Take full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand guidelines.

• Act as a key contributor to team leadership, guiding and mentoring junior designers and motion artists.

• Provide constructive feedback to peers and support a culture of continuous improvement and creativity.

• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovation into our video content.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.

• Participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions to contribute creative ideas and solutions.

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of proven experience in motion graphics and video production.

• Strong portfolio showcasing motion design work, especially product-centric videos for digital platforms.

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other

• relevant tools.

• Ability to understand creative briefs and turn them into visually effective stories.

• Strong sense of design, storytelling, and branding.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Prior experience in mentoring or leading a team is a plus.

• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable taking initiative and ownership of work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in 3D motion or animation tools like Cinema 4D or Blender.

• Understanding of performance metrics for video content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or Amazon.

• Previous experience leading design projects or mentoring team members.
