The position is part of the Manufacturing Operations team and will be based on-site in Pune, reporting to the Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop manufacturing processes and tooling for filtration components, including metallic and polymeric media.
• Collaborate with Desing Engineering, R&D, Quality, and Operations to transition new products from concept to full-scale production.
• Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles to ensure scalable, efficient, and cost-effective production.
• Actively contribute to the planning, execution, and commissioning of the new manufacturing facility.
• Ensure technical readiness and alignment of manufacturing capabilities with plant goals.
• Conduct and support process validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ for new line.
• Ensure adherence to EHS, regulatory, and quality standards throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
• Monitor process performance and drive improvements in yield, cycle time, and reliability.

Qualifications:

• B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical / Industrial or related), with relevant experience of 6-8 yrs.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in filtration or related technologies.
• Strong design engineering background with hands-on experience in process development and tooling.
• Proven track record in technology transfer and new site implementation.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Estimated travel time is approximately 30%, which could reduce in future.
• Having a valid U.S. visa is preferred.
