  • Daily Operations:Direct and manage all daily supermarket activities to ensure a smooth, efficient, and profitable workflow.
  • Staff Management:Recruit, hire, train, and supervise supermarket staff, assign tasks, create schedules, and provide ongoing feedback and support to foster a productive work environment.
  • Inventory & Stock:Oversee stock levels, coordinate deliveries, conduct regular stock checks, and implement strategies to minimize losses and ensure products are available to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service:Implement strategies to ensure excellent customer service, handle complaints professionally, and address inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management:Monitor sales performance, analyze financial reports, manage store budgets, control expenses, and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and profitability.
  • Merchandising & Sales:Collaborate on sales promotions, develop strategies to boost sales, and ensure effective merchandise display to attract customers.
  • Health & Safety:Enforce store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe and clean store environment for staff and customers.
  • Vendor Relations:Manage relationships with suppliers, coordinate product orders, and handle product returns and damaged merchandise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹35,000.00 per month
