Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Survey Programmer based in Noida, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Survey Programmer will be responsible for programming online surveys, managing survey platforms, ensuring survey logic accuracy, and troubleshooting technical issues. Daily tasks include programming surveys using tools like Confirmit, Decipher, LimeSurvey, testing surveys for functionality, providing technical support, and assisting in data processing and report generation.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in programming online surveys using tools like Confirmit, Decipher, LimeSurvey
  • Strong communication and email management skills
  • Experience in troubleshooting and providing technical support
  • Technical skills in data processing and report generation
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the market research industry is an advantage
