Job Description – Python/Django Developer

Position: Software Developer

Location: Noida

Experience: 2–6 years

Category: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Python/Django Developer to join our engineering team.

The ideal candidate should have strong backend development experience, good understanding of modern

web technologies, and a solid grasp of software design principles. You will work across microservices,

APIs, and front-end components as needed, with opportunities to contribute to architecture and platform

growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services using Python and Django.

  • Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices.

  • Work closely with front-end components developed in JavaScript and Angular/AngularJS.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver features.

  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance improvements.

  • Ensure high reliability and availability of backend services.

  • Contribute to architectural decisions and propose improvements.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in Django/Django REST Framework.

  • Good understanding of microservices architecture.

  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, Angular, or AngularJS.

  • Solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and ORMs.

  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git).

Good to Have

  • Experience working with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.).

  • Understanding of containerized environments (Docker).

  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
