Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain deployment pipelines and automation tooling to improve platform efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
  • Manage infrastructure and services in production AWS environments.
  • Drive platform improvements with a focus on security, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance development tooling, streamline access workflows, and improve platform usability through feedback.
  • Mentor junior engineers and help foster a culture of high-quality engineering and knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements

  • Strong foundational understanding of Linux systems.
  • Cloud experience (e.g., AWS) with strong problem-solving in cloud-native environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering robust, well-documented, and secure automation solutions.
  • Comfortable owning end-to-end delivery of infrastructure components and tooling.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced system and cloud optimization skills.
  • Prior experience in platform teams or DevOps roles at product-focused startups.
  • Demonstrated contributions to internal tooling, open-source, or automation projects.

About Technology Team

Tracxn's Technology team is 50+ members strong and growing.
