Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Resident Engineer located in Rewa. The Assistant Resident Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards, conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues, and preparing project reports.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in engineering principles and construction techniques
  • Experience in project management and coordination
  • Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and technical drawings
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of relevant safety and regulatory standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in the infrastructure sector is an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
