Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day activities for CCTV, access control, and surveillance system installations.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Support procurement and logistics for project materials and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Track project budgets, expenses, and raise alerts for any deviations.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and management.
  • Handle site visit reports, installation checklists, and commissioning documentation.
  • Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of project timelines, approvals, and closures.
  • Support after-installation service coordination and issue resolution.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / IT / Telecommunications / related field.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in surveillance / security system projects (CCTV, VMS, ANPR, access control, etc.)
  • Experience in project coordination or site management roles preferred.
  • Familiarity with networking, cabling, and electronic security systems.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Basic technical understanding of surveillance systems.
  • Problem-solving and proactive approach to project challenges.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with government or enterprise surveillance projects (e.g., Smart City, traffic management, public safety systems).
  • Knowledge of GEM / e-tendering project documentation and compliance processes.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2) is an added advantage.
