Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining the applicant tracking system.
  • Support payroll activities by verifying timesheets, processing employee benefits, and ensuring accuracy of payroll data.
  • Utilize MS Office and MS Excel to generate reports, analyze data, and create presentations for HR initiatives.
  • Demonstrate English proficiency in both spoken and written communication to interact with employees and external partners effectively.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance management processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Take on ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned to gain a comprehensive understanding of HR operations.
