Job Title - Graduate Trainee

Department - International Sales

Location - Gurgaon / Gurugram

Experience - Fresher

Qualification - B.A. / B.Com

Responsibility :

  • Screen and process orders in SAP.
  • Issue order confirmations and proforma invoices to customers.
  • Provide pre-shipment and post-shipment details to customers.
  • Create credit and debit notes in SAP as required.
  • Prepare and send customer-specific dispatch documents in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficient in SAP order management and related modules.
  • Strong knowledge of order processing, invoicing, and dispatch documentation.
  • Familiarity with credit/debit note creation and management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Ability to identify issues and resolve discrepancies effectively.
