Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Retail Zone Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role, based in Sydney, NSW, will allow you the flexibility to split your time between remote work and on-site responsibilities. Day-to-day, the Retail Zone Specialist will oversee designated store operations, support product promotions, build relationships with retail associates, ensure brand consistency, and implement merchandising strategies. Additionally, the role involves analyzing sales data, training retail teams, and enhancing customer engagement to drive sales and nurture the brand's presence in the assigned zone.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills to build and manage relationships effectively with retail associates and partners.
  • Experience with retail operations, merchandising, and sales to optimize store performance and uphold brand consistency.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting sales data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions to drive growth.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work setting.
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned zone as needed and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles; experience in books or publishing industries is a plus.
  • Educational background in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
