We are looking for a highly skilled AI Product Designer to join our team at FlytBase Labs, responsible for designing innovative products that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design and development, with a focus on creating user-centered designs.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop product roadmaps.
  • Design and develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces for AI-powered products.
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in AI and machine learning.
  • Develop prototypes and high-fidelity designs to test and validate product concepts.
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the development process.
  • Participate in usability testing and feedback sessions to iterate on design solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in designing complex software applications or AI-powered products.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions.
  • Strong understanding of human-computer interaction principles and user experience best practices.
  • Experience working in an agile environment with iterative design processes.
