Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (Mendix Mandatory)

About the Role:

We are seeking to onboard a Senior Business Analyst with mandatory expertise in Mendix Low-Code Application Platform. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to ensure high-quality, user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirement gathering sessions, stakeholder workshops, and interviews to elicit, analyze, and document business needs.
  • Conduct end-to-end business process analysis and prepare detailed documentation including process flows, functional specifications, and gap analysis.
  • Design forms, validations, business rules, and workflows within Mendix and other application platforms.
  • Create wireframes and prototypes using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting by leveraging tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Intellicus.
  • Drive and support low-code application development initiatives leveraging Mendix as the core platform.
  • Ensure all solutions adhere to user-centric design principles and meet accessibility standards.
  • Provide continuous improvement recommendations by analyzing system performance and user feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Mandatory expertise in Mendix Low-Code Application Platform with hands-on implementation experience.
  • Strong experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and business process modeling.
  • Proficiency in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Hands-on experience with reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Intellicus).
  • Deep understanding of business rules, workflows, and validations in enterprise-grade applications.
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and accessibility compliance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mendix certification(s) will be a strong advantage.
  • Experience in BFSI or government domain projects.
  • Familiarity with additional Low-Code/No-Code platforms.
