Job Description – Voice & Accent Trainer

Location: Mumbai (Thane)

CTC: ₹6.5–7 LPA

Working Days: 5 days (2 rotational offs)

Shifts: Rotational

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Voice & Accent Trainer with excellent communication skills who can deliver high-quality training sessions to enhance language proficiency, accent neutrality, and communication effectiveness for our process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Voice & Accent (V&A) training for new hires and existing employees.
  • Assess trainees' communication skills and provide structured feedback for improvement.
  • Create and deliver training modules focused on accent neutralization, pronunciation, grammar, clarity, and overall communication.
  • Ensure training effectiveness through evaluations, assessments, and refresher sessions.
  • Track trainee progress and prepare training reports and performance summaries.
  • Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Quality teams for training requirements and performance discussions.
  • Maintain training quality and ensure alignment with organizational standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent Communication Skills (Must Have).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Voice & Accent Training (highly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of phonetics, soft skills, and communication frameworks.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate trainees.
  • Ability to handle rotational shifts and work environment demands.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
