Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, ensuring smooth HR operations, and supporting our organizational goals through effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.

  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, conflicts, and communication, fostering a positive work environment.

  • **HR Administration:** Maintain employee records, HRIS data entry, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

  • **Performance Management:** Assist in performance appraisal processes, feedback, and development plans.

  • **Training & Development:** Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills.

  • **Compensation & Benefits:** Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.

  • **Policy Implementation:** Ensure HR policies are communicated and adhered to across the organization.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements related to HR.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
