Location: Ahmedabad
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, ensuring smooth HR operations, and supporting our organizational goals through effective HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, conflicts, and communication, fostering a positive work environment.
**HR Administration:** Maintain employee records, HRIS data entry, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
**Performance Management:** Assist in performance appraisal processes, feedback, and development plans.
**Training & Development:** Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills.
**Compensation & Benefits:** Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
**Policy Implementation:** Ensure HR policies are communicated and adhered to across the organization.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements related to HR.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2 to 3 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
