​We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Facility Manager to take ownership of the physical property, operational efficiency, and safety compliance of the entire center.

The Role
​The Facility Manager is responsible for the overall smooth functioning, maintenance, security, and cleanliness of all sports areas and support spaces. This role is essential for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every user who steps through our doors.

​Core Responsibilities

​
Facility Operations and Maintenance
​
Maintenance & Upkeep:
Ensure the daily cleanliness, preventative maintenance, and overall high standard of repair for the entire facility and all sports equipment (turf, nets, flooring, etc.).

​
Scheduling Management:
Oversee and manage all booking schedules for courts, turfs, and rooms, ensuring efficient usage and minimizing conflicts.

​
Inspections & Repairs:
Conduct regular, detailed inspections to proactively identify maintenance needs. Coordinate and manage external contractors for all necessary repairs, major maintenance, and facility upgrades.

​
Safety, Compliance, and Risk Management
​
Safety Protocols:
Implement, strictly enforce, and document all health, safety, and operational compliance regulations relevant to a sports and fitness environment.

​Risk Assessment: Perform regular risk assessments across all facility areas and ensure all necessary safety protocols are followed to mitigate injury and liability.

​
Emergency Coordination:
Coordinate and manage emergency procedures, evacuation plans, and staff training on all safety protocols.

​
Financial and Administrative Management
​
Budgeting:
Prepare and manage operational budgets for maintenance and supplies, tracking revenue and controlling expenses for the facility's physical upkeep.

​
Inventory Control:
Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, repair parts, and operational equipment.

​Reporting: Generate accurate performance and usage reports for management and stakeholders.

​
Team and Stakeholder Coordination
​
Staff Leadership:
Hire, train, and supervise facility staff and maintenance teams. Create and manage staffing schedules to guarantee adequate coverage across all operating hours.

​Event Coordination:
Act as the primary liaison with event organizers, sports teams, and coaches to successfully meet their requirements for scheduled competitions and tournaments.

​
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service as the key point of contact for facility users and stakeholders regarding facility use and operational issues.

​
Key Skills and Qualifications

• ​Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in facility management, property management, or operations management, ideally within a sports, recreation, or hospitality setting.


• ​Deep knowledge of maintenance practices, physical plant operations, and vendor management.

​Strong understanding and commitment to Health, Safety, and Compliance regulations.


• ​Excellent Organizational and Financial Acumen, with experience managing operational budgets and inventory.


• ​Exceptional Leadership and Staff Management abilities.

​Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.


• ​Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by facility operation.
