About the Company

The Company is a fast-growing organization in the industrial refrigeration sector, committed to delivering excellence and maintaining transparency in all financial operations. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to lead our finance and accounts team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department.
  • Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements and MIS reports.
  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
  • Monitor company's financial performance and provide insights to management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally / ERP / MS Excel and other accounting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • Education: B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance)
  • Experience: Minimum 6-10 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.
  • Certifications: Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation laws is mandatory.
