Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site
role for a
Senior Software Developer / Technical Specialist – Web, Application & SEO
, located in
Ghaziabad, India
.

The role involves
developing and maintaining web applications, implementing technical SEO strategies, managing back-end systems
, and ensuring the overall performance and scalability of the Jipanditji platform.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Web & Application Development

• Maintain, optimize, and scale the existing website and related applications for high performance, reliability, and security.
• Architect, design, and develop
  custom web applications
  , CMS-based extensions, and advanced integrations.
• Implement complex
  API integrations, webhooks
  , and automated workflows across multiple platforms.
• Develop and maintain
  e-commerce modules
  for product management, subscriptions, bookings, and payments.
• Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, and operations teams.

Technical SEO & Performance Optimization

• Implement
  technical SEO best practices
  including schema markup, canonical tags, and XML sitemaps.
• Improve
  Core Web Vitals
  , page speed, and server response times.
• Manage
  on-page SEO optimization
  and CMS-level SEO implementation.
• Collaborate with SEO and content teams to ensure search-engine-friendly architecture.
• Use tools like
  Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights, and Screaming Frog
  to monitor and resolve SEO issues.
• Conduct
  site audits
  , mobile optimization, and internal linking improvements.

System Architecture & Infrastructure

• Design
