• Solution Architecturing:

Develop and review architectural designs for warehouse execution systems and warehouse control systems. Ensure alignment with industry-standard best practices and bring in best practices to the organization. Conduct architecture reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.

• Hands-On Development:

Write and maintain code for complex solutions, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Participate in hands-on development activities to ensure the quality and reliability of the solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth project execution.

• Kafka, Keibina, O MELT, Azure Cloud:

Utilize Kafka, Keibina, O MELT, and Azure Cloud to build and deploy scalable, resilient, and efficient solutions. Ensure the integration of these technologies with existing systems and processes. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on the use of these technologies.

• Domain Knowledge:

Possess a deep understanding of warehouse execution systems, warehouse control systems, and material handling domains. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the domain.

• Camunda Orchestration, Delegate Writing:

Utilize Camunda orchestration and delegate writing to automate complex business processes. Ensure the integration of Camunda with other systems and processes.

• AI Tools:

Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and automate repetitive tasks. Stay updated with the latest AI tools and technologies to continuously improve the efficiency of the solutions.

• Stakeholder Management:

Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients and internal teams. Facilitate regular meetings and updates to keep all stakeholders informed about project status. Address client concerns and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Client Communication:

Maintain open lines of communication with clients to gather requirements and provide updates. Represent the company in client meetings and negotiations. Ensure that client expectations are met through effective project management and delivery.

• Lead Team, Mentor Team:

Lead and develop a high-performing team, setting clear goals and expectations. Provide constructive feedback and recognition to team members. Foster a positive work environment and promote collaboration among team members.

• Agile/Scrum Planning & Methodology:

Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive project success. Conduct sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Ensure that team members are aligned with Agile principles and practices.

• Other Duties:

Perform other duties as assigned by the Delivery Head.

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Architect Lead to manage and lead complex projects within the logistics and supply chain domain.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, SpringBoot, microservices, REST APIs, and experience with Kafka, Keibina, O MELT, and Azure Cloud.
• They should also possess a deep understanding of warehouse execution systems, warehouse control systems, and material handling domains, along with proficiency in Camunda orchestration and delegate writing.
• The successful candidate will leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and excel in stakeholder management and client communication.
• They will be responsible for leading teams, mentoring, and ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience: 10 years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on logistics and supply chain.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, SpringBoot, microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, Keibina, O MELT, and Azure Cloud.
• Domain Knowledge: Expertise in warehouse execution systems, warehouse control systems, and material handling domains.
• Orchestration Tools: Experience with Camunda orchestration and delegate writing.

AI Tools: Strong proficiency in AI tools for exponential productivity.

• Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills, including client communication and relationship building.
• Team Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a positive work environment.

Methodologies: Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Tools and Technologies: Proficiency in GIT/Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines, and other relevant tools.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
