Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop, implement, and manage the overall digital marketing strategy for the hotel.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI across all channels.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and guest feedback to identify new opportunities.
  • Website & SEO:
  • Manage and optimize the hotel's website (user experience, content, booking engine integration) to maximize direct conversions.
  • Execute local and international SEO strategies (on-page and off-page) to improve organic search rankings for key terms like "hotel near Cochin airport," "stay in Kochi," etc.
  • Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and loads quickly.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop a robust social media content calendar for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.
  • Create engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories) that showcases the hotel's amenities, rooms, food, and unique proximity to the airport.
  • Foster community engagement, respond to comments and messages promptly, and manage online reputation.
  • Content Marketing:
  • Create compelling and relevant content for blogs, email newsletters, and guest guides focusing on Kochi travel tips, airport layovers, and local attractions.
  • Manage the production of high-quality photography and videography to visually tell the Flora Airport Hotel story.
  • Paid Advertising (PPC):
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Hotel Ads) and Meta Ads.
  • Target specific audiences such as business travelers, families, and last-minute bookers.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting for maximum ROI.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Build and segment email lists for targeted campaigns (welcome series, promotional offers, post-stay follow-ups).
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to drive repeat bookings and foster guest loyalty.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
