Required Capabilities

  • Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in Python/JavaScript.

Strong background in machine learning and predictive modeling.

Experience with NLP for analyzing text data (call summaries, transcripts).

Hands-on experience developing AI agents and RAGs.

Data Engineering: Experience with data integration(AWS Services), data/schema modeling, and SQL. Ability to bring a proof-of-concept (POC) to a full-scale production application.

Prompt Engineering: Experience designing, creating, and refining prompts to get desired responses from LLMs

Takes Initiative & Works Independently: Demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Excellent Communication: The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Roche Learning Strategy (Including Prompt Engineering): Contribution to the development and implementation of the Roche Learning Strategy, with a specific focus on incorporating and leveraging prompt engineering techniques for AI-driven learning content and interactions.

Skill Tagging/Analysis: Development and execution of a robust skill tagging and analysis framework. This involves identifying relevant skills, categorizing them, and analyzing skill gaps to inform learning initiatives and talent development.
