Associate - CX

At hoichoi, every story matters, and so does every customer. We're looking for a
Customer Experience (CX) - Associate
who's ready to be the voice (and sometimes the keyboard ninja ) for our audiences around the globe. If you're passionate about people, love solving problems, and thrive in a fast-paced, binge-worthy environment, this role is your stage.

What You'll Do

• Be the
  first line of magic
  for our customers
• Solve queries with empathy, speed, and accuracy
• Be a true
  customer advocate
  and make their problem yours until it's solved
• Handle high-energy situations with calmness and flexibility
• Take ownership (no "passing the popcorn" here )
• Adapt quickly, because at hoichoi the show must always go on

What We're Looking For

• 6–12 months experience
  in a customer support environment (non-voice is a must)
• A
  customer-first mindset
  with genuine care for people
• Comfortable in a
  fast-paced environment
  where change is the only constant
• Flexible to work in
  rotational shifts and week-offs
  (yep, it's part of the plot)
• Responsible, adaptable, and open to taking initiative
• Good communication skills (clarity, tone, empathy are your superpowers)
