Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Associate located in Ahmedabad. The Junior Associate will assist with daily operational tasks, coordinate with team members, and manage key administrative functions. Responsibilities will include data collection and entry, effective communication with stakeholders, and ensuring timely task completion while adhering to company processes and policies. The role will contribute to the seamless delivery of revenue cycle management solutions for healthcare clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in data entry, accuracy in data review, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment and ability to learn new technologies and processes
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare billing processes or revenue cycle management is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
  • Prior experience in a related field or function is a plus
