About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Gen AI Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing AI/ML team. You will work on building, fine-tuning, and deploying generative AI models and solutions that power intelligent business applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, applying state-of-the-art AI techniques, and delivering scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers, etc.) for real-world applications.
  • Implement prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning strategies for LLMs.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI models into applications and services.
  • Optimize models for scalability, latency, and cost efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML research, frameworks, and tools.
  • Contribute to building AI pipelines for data preprocessing, training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with AI ethics, security, and data privacy standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.).
  • Experience with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral, etc.) and generative AI models.
  • Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus, etc.) and prompt optimization.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on applied AI solutions.

Good to Have

  • Experience in MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI projects.
  • Exposure to multimodal AI (text, image, audio, video generation).
  • Contribution to open-source AI projects.
  • Knowledge of API development & microservices architecture.
