Looking for a Hospitality Sales & Operation Manager to manage our Airbnb properties in Bandra west.

Candidate should also preferably be located in the Bandra West - Khar West area or near the vicinity.

REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE :

  • Speaks and writes good English
  • Excellent customer service
  • Strong negotiation skills to drive sales
  • Able to supervise, train & motivate hospitality assistant
  • Able to get the job done
  • Able to commute

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. Promptly respond to sales inquiries and crack deals

  2. Manage check-in /check-out of the guests

  3. Supervise the cleaning of the apartments

  4. Coordinating with the cleaning staff

  5. Handling the maintenance of the apartments (co-ordinating with the maintenance team : AC, plumber, gas, etc.)

  6. Doing miscellaneous errands and getting the job done
