· Overall, Purpose of the Role:
o Arrange for receiving inspection and final inspection of raw materials, bought out items, finished products, and out sources processes
o Line Inspection in the production department, as per the company's quality plan, filled and maintained inline inspection reports, liaison with quality team members
o Material identification and traceability.
o Maintain the drawing master & control files
o Controlling Inspection, measuring and test equipment.
o Take action for non – non-conforming products and customer complaints
o Input to Management review of the conforming products.
o Control of quality records like IPIR, RIR & PDIR
· Key Responsibilities:
o In Process Quality Checking as per in process quality Plan, rejection/ acceptance
o Line stop authority in case of quality deviation
