A Bachelors'/ Masters'/ Specialized course in Motion Graphics (e.g., Video, graphics, visual communications.2. Technical proficiency in industry -standard design tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) - the more the merrier3. A high degree of understanding of people, brands and the market.4. Tact, people -skills, instinctive, intuitiveness5.
