Masterbuilt Infrastructures is seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Engineer to join our growing team in Thrissur, Kerala. Qualifications:

  • Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction
  • Proficient in Malayalam and English (both spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at project sites
  • Collaborate with architects, project managers, vendors, and contractors
  • Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and submit regular MIS updates
  • Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, safety, and quality standards
  • Monitor material deliveries, usage, and site inventory
  • Plan weekly targets and track progress to ensure timely completion
  • Conduct site measurements, snag lists, and client inspections

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, layouts, and site management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and mobile reporting tools
  • Ability to handle multiple sites or labor teams independently
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
