We are Hiring: Education Counselor (Remote)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Education Counselor to join our team. This is a remote opportunity ideal for individuals with a background in edtech or the aviation industry who have a passion for guiding students toward the right career and academic paths.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide and counsel prospective students about various academic programs.

Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses.

Maintain follow-ups with leads and ensure conversions.

Achieve weekly and monthly targets for student enrollment.

Maintain accurate records of interactions with students using CRM tools.

Requirements:

Prior experience in education technology (edtech) or the aviation industry is mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Strong sales and customer service orientation.

Minimum educational qualification: Graduate (any stream).
