Role Overview:

We are looking for a confident and proactive Academic Coordinator to manage post-admission relations with students and parents. You'll be the key point of contact after enrollment, ensuring smooth onboarding, maintaining engagement, and providing ongoing support to our learners and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate communication with parents and students post-admission
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new students into our programs
  • Regularly check on student progress and engagement
  • Answer queries, provide guidance, and resolve concerns in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the teaching and operations teams to ensure a seamless learning experience
  • Maintain accurate records of student activities and feedback

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication
  • Confident, polite, and proactive personality
  • Ability to multitask and manage relationships with empathy and professionalism
  • Basic tech-savviness and ability to learn tools quickly
  • 0 to 3 years experience
  • Freshers can apply

Shift timing- Flexible (8 hrs) shift timings between 2 PM to 1 AM IST, 6 Days a week

This role is open to women candidates only, as it involves engagement with young students and their parents in a support-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
