Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with business heads to design and implement people strategy aligned with vaccine division goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Provide insights on talent trends, attrition, and engagement to shape leadership decisions.
2. Talent Acquisition & Deployment
- Collaborate with the TA team to fulfill manpower needs for Sales & marketing , IT and support roles in vaccines.
- Drive employer branding initiatives for attracting top talent in the vaccine space.
- Ensure diversity and inclusion practices in hiring.
3. Performance & Talent Management
- Facilitate goal-setting, mid-year, and annual performance review cycles.
- Partner with managers to identify and groom high-potential employees.
- Create Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to prepare successors for critical roles.
4. Learning & Development
- Assess capability gaps and roll out functional and behavioral learning programs.
- Collaborate with L&D to drive leadership development, technical training, and compliance training specific to vaccines.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning.
5. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Lead employee engagement activities to strengthen retention and motivation in the vaccine division.
- Act as an employee advocate, resolving workplace issues with fairness and empathy.
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative work culture.
6. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, statutory compliance, and labor laws relevant to vaccine manufacturing units.
- Manage compensation benchmarking, salary administration, and retention programs.
- Partner with Corporate HR to implement enterprise-wide HR initiatives within the division.
