We are seeking an experienced SAP HANA SCM Quality Manager (QM) with strong hands-on expertise in QM, PP-QM integration, and EWM-QM integration. The ideal candidate will lead the SAP QM team within AMS, manage incidents and service requests, drive enhancements, and collaborate directly with business users to ensure seamless operations. This role requires a proactive leader who can guide junior team members, provide end-to-end SAP QM solutions, and independently drive outcomes with minimal client support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the SAP QM team in Application Management Services (AMS) and ensure smooth delivery of support activities.
  • Resolve incidents, service requests (SRs), and implement enhancements related to SAP QM.
  • Work directly with business stakeholders to understand issues, requirements, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Provide hands-on expertise in SAP QM, PP-QM integration, and EWM-QM integration.
  • Analyze the existing SAP landscape and propose process improvements or system optimizations.
  • Guide, mentor, and support junior team members to ensure knowledge sharing and effective teamwork.
  • Drive project deliverables independently, ensuring minimal dependency on client teams.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational processes, standards, and quality expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Mandatory strong experience in SAP QM.
  • Expertise in PP-QM integration and EWM-QM integration.
  • Hands-on experience in handling AMS incidents, service requests, and enhancements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to guide and mentor junior consultants.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of SAP QM experience with exposure to SAP HANA.
