Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client queries and process applications for:
  • Education Loans (Domestic & International)
  • Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans
  • Loan Against Property (LAP)
  • Assess client profiles and financial documents to determine eligibility and risk.
  • Coordinate end-to-end loan processing with banks, NBFCs, and financial partners.
  • Offer guidance on General & Life Insurance products as per client requirements.
  • Provide basic support on Investment & Wealth Management offerings.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through transparent communication and follow-ups.
  • Ensure all operations comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions for application processing and approvals.
  • Provide guidance on insurance options general and life and support policy issuance.
  • Offer investment and wealth management solutions based on client needs and risk profiles.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, loan applications, approvals, and disbursements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk policies throughout the process.
  • Mandatory experience in banking or NBFC loan processing
