The HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure smooth execution of HR processes, and contribute to employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and overall organizational development. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-up.
  • Prepare job postings and manage applications through job portals and internal referrals.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist candidates.
  • Organize onboarding, induction sessions, and documentation for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, experience, etc.).
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and ensure timely payroll inputs.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
