Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Amritsar for an
IB PYP Homeroom Teacher
. The Homeroom Teacher will be responsible for designing and implementing transdisciplinary, concept-driven learning experiences aligned with the IB PYP framework. Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing and documenting student learning, and fostering a safe and inclusive classroom environment. In addition, involvement in co-curricular and extra-curricular programs is expected to enrich the learning experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum
  3 years of teaching experience
  (IB PYP experience preferred)
• Strong skills in lesson planning, inquiry-based teaching, and assessment practices
• Excellent communication and teaching abilities
• Experience in professional development and continuous learning in an educational setting
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Valid teaching certification will be an added advantage
