The Role

As a Recruitment Coach, you will support our [Client's] internal colleagues on their professional growth journey. You will provide guidance, helping employees navigate their career paths, build new skills, and unlock their full potential.

Key Accountabilities

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage senior stakeholders in fast-moving, complex and difficult client environments enhancing company reputation within the business acting in an advisory capacity.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to define resourcing strategies and plans that meet medium to long term client objectives, enable company to plan ahead.
  • Develop accurate hiring forecasts for the Business Units supported and share with relevant company individuals.
  • Develop an effective sourcing and talent community strategy to meet the BU needs, along with the Sourcing team.
  • Deploy effective recruitment delivery and attraction strategies, using relevant sourcing channels to reduce time to hire and increase account profitability.
  • Lead and manage the on-site teams, driving the team to ensure that productivity, account profitability and customer satisfaction are priorities.
  • Manage a team of recruiters to achieve delivery targets and contractual SLAs by providing objectives, direction, and continual feedback on progress.
  • Deliver continuous improvement projects and client specific projects.
  • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
  • Keeping up to date on recruitment trends and hiring strategies and enforcing them within the company.

Skills & Experience

You'll need to demonstrate:

A] Minimum 8 years plus of experience managing E2E recruitment

B] Experience working in Manufacturing, FMCG, FMCD (Paint industry is preferred).

C] Should have a minimum of 3+ years of team handling experience

D] Must have worked on hiring positions like - Accounts, HR, IT, Supply chain, Research division

E] Should be aware of any ATS - Success factor (Preferred)
