What you will do

  • Design, provision, and operate Azure infrastructure (IaC-first) with a focus on performance, resilience, and security-by-default.

  • Automate infrastructure and configuration using Terraform, plus scripting (PowerShell/Bash/Python).

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions, including release management and versioning best practices.

  • Implement and evolve observability: centralized logging, metrics, traces, alerting, and SLOs.

  • Run containerized workloads and orchestrators (AKS), including Kubernetes Ingress/Egress configuration for secure traffic routing.

  • Manage container image tagging and versioning in Azure Container Registry to ensure consistent deployments.

  • Ensure production readiness: backups, DR, blue/green or canary deploys, secrets management, policy/guardrails.

  • Drive cloud cost visibility and optimization (budgets, tagging, rightsizing).

  • Collaborate cross-functionally; document decisions, runbooks, and standards.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years in DevOps/Cloud/SRE roles with hands-on Azure experience.

  • Strong CI/CD fundamentals (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) and IaC with Terraform.

  • Containers expertise (Docker); Kubernetes/AKS experience including Ingress/Egress is a strong plus.

  • Solid scripting in PowerShell and/or Bash/Python.

  • Proven track record supporting production web apps (HA, scaling, incident handling).

  • Security mindset (identity, RBAC, network controls, key vault, policies).

  • Nice to have: GitOps, AKS production ops, FinOps basics, AI/ML workload exposure.

  • Certifications a plus: AZ-104, AZ-400, AZ-305; AI-900 and AI-102 welcome for AI work.
