Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and passionate Architect with 4–5 years of professional experience in residential design. The ideal candidate should be proficient in space planning, layouts, and client communication, and must have a deep understanding of how to bring design concepts to life — from sketches to site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed layouts, conceptual and working drawings for residential projects.

  • Handle client interactions confidently — from brief understanding to design presentation.

  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams for smooth project delivery.

  • Maintain design quality and project timelines under minimal supervision.

  • Support the senior team in design discussions, site visits, and presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).

  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in residential design projects.

  • Strong command over AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and presentation tools.

  • Excellent sense of space planning, detailing, and aesthetic judgment.

  • Good communication and client-handling skills.
