Job Overview
We are seeking a mid-level Real Estate Sales professional to join our team in Gurgaon. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with up to 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen with a focus on creating successful relationships with clients to provide them with outstanding real estate services. Candidates should be enthusiastic about leveraging SKILLFI's resources and reputation to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications and Skills

- Familiarity with real estate laws, contracts, and procedures is essential for smooth transaction processing.
- Proven ability to utilize CRM software to track client interactions and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills to address client issues and find solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
- Passion for sales and a motivated self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and meet goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive real estate sales.
- Market and present properties to clients based on their specific requirements and financial capabilities.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of market trends, property prices, and competitors.
- Facilitate property viewings and guide clients through the buying process, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve best terms for clients and ensure successful transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage SKILLFI's resources for achieving sales targets.
- Consistently update and maintain client records in the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand professional connections and grow sales opportunities.
