Job Summary / Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a talented Sr. Software Engineer with expertise in Python and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend solutions and integrating GenAI technologies into real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python.
  • Integrate Generative AI frameworks and models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Hugging Face) into enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and UX designers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Optimize performance, ensure security compliance, and debug production issues in large-scale distributed systems.
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging trends in Generative AI and backend development to propose and implement innovative ideas.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 46 years of software engineering experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python with proven delivery of production-ready applications.
  • Experience with Generative AI tools and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and software best practices.
  • Understanding of TypeScript and API design principles.
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL and server-side caching mechanisms.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and other container/orchestration tools.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Background in both SQL and NoSQL data systems.
  • Experience delivering Generative AI solutions in a live/production environment.

Education:

  • BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent qualification in Computer Science or a related field.
