In the Content Moderator role, you will be working on a computer each day reviewing content such as videos, news stories, still pictures, political ads, and social media profiles. You will then score this content on areas such as age-appropriateness, level of violence, sexual content, and political transparency. In order to properly identify all of these items, you will be trained on how to enforce the clients policies, and then use these policies to support the overall business.

Requirements:
What is it we're looking for? Well since this is a Content Moderator we need someone with at least one year prior operations experience in shared services or a customer experience environment. What else? We also need someone with at least a high school diploma or equivalent. We also need someone who is fluent in Kannada & English, must be able to read, write, and speak the language.
Now let's get technical. We're looking for someone who has strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most importantly empathy. Someone who has a high affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations regarding the relevant market and region that will be supported.
