Role & responsibilities
Provide full-time care and developmental support for a 4-year-old boy.
Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning and play activities in line with Montessori or IB PYP principles.
Ensure the childs daily hygiene and safety (bathing, dressing, snack preparation, etc.).
Maintain a daily activity log for parents.
Accompany the child during domestic trips (27 days) and one annual international trip (12 weeks), ensuring consistent care during travel.
Preferred candidate profile
Gender: Female
Languages: Tamil and English fluency required
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a primary school environment (Montessori or IB PYP preferred)
Traits: Patient, nurturing, dependable, organized, and flexible with travel schedules
Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
Working Hours: 2:00 PM 8:00 PM, Wednesday to Monday (Tuesday weekly off)
Compensation & Benefits
Component: Details
Base Salary: 30,000 per month
Accommodation Support: Womens hostel provided or reimbursed during probation (first 3 months)
Rent Allowance: 15,000 per month (starts after probation)
Travel Hardship Allowance: 1,000 per day (domestic travel) and 2,000 per day (international travel)
Paid Leaves: 24 paid leaves per year + 6 festival holidays of your choice
Leave Encashment: 1,000 per unused leave day
Festival Bonus: 30,000 annually on one festival of choice (after 6 months post-probation)
Health Insurance: Coverage for self and minor dependents (post probation)
Travel Costs: Accommodation and food during travel fully covered
Probation & Trial
Probation: 3 months, performance-based evaluation
Trial: Mandatory 3-day paid trial with the child prior to final confirmation
Additional Details
Police verification and references (professional or personal) required.
Emergency contact information must be provided.
Weekly off every Tuesday.
