We are looking for a Webflow Developer to be part of our client's* marketing team, collaborating closely with our Marketing Designer to bring fresh, high-quality designs to our website. You'll work in Webflow, so being comfortable with it is a big plus. If you're new to it, we encourage you to dive into Webflow University* and learn on the go. The website is one of our most important lead-generation channels, and we're investing heavily to make it truly best in class.

Beyond web design, you'll also contribute to *visual content creation, designing eye-catching graphics for social media posts, marketing campaigns, and more. This is a great opportunity to level up your creative skills* while collaborating with designers, marketers, and product team members. You'll gain hands-on experience in crafting a brand that's clear, modern, and instantly recognizable.

*Responsibilities:*

  • Assist in designing, building, and maintaining responsive Webflow websites.

  • Update and optimize existing Webflow pages for speed, SEO, and user experience.

  • Integrate animations, interactions, and CMS collections in Webflow.

  • Help manage website assets, forms, and landing pages.

*Basic Graphic Design*

  • Create simple graphics, icons, banners, and social media creatives to support marketing campaigns.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.

*Collaboration & Support*

  • Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to execute creative ideas.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns, features, and landing pages.

  • Stay updated with Webflow updates, design trends, and basic UX/UI best practices.

*Who we're looking for:*

  • Familiarity with *Webflow* (coursework, personal projects, or prior work is a plus).

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

  • Understanding of responsive design principles.

  • Basic skills in tools like *Canva, Figma, Photoshop*, or similar.

  • Eye for clean, minimal, and user-friendly design.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to learn, experiment, and take feedback positively.

*Nice to have skills*

  • Knowledge of Webflow CMS structure and animations.

  • Experience creating simple GIFs or short animations.

  • Understanding of SEO basics for website optimization.
