Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and execute a diverse range of dishes across multiple cuisines.
  • Develop new recipes and menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation across all dishes.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food safety, and efficient workflow.
  • Manage inventory, estimate food requirements, and ensure minimal wastage.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with management to plan special events, buffets, and themed dining experiences.
  • Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
  • Keep up to date with culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve menu offerings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90, ₹100,000.00 per month
