HSE Supervisor

A Male candidate who is qualified in Diploma in Fire & Safety Engineering / NEBOSH with 1-2 years in Civil Construction field is required. Immediate joiners preferred.

Key responsibilities as given below:

• Implement and monitor the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures at project sites.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections to identify unsafe acts or conditions and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety awareness programs for workers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and client HSE requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive HSE documentation including incident reports, inspection checklists, PPE issuance logs, and training registers.
• Investigate and report near misses, incidents, and accidents; ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness drills and ensure the readiness of fire fighting and first-aid equipment.
• Prepare audit observation reports and provide timely responses to internal audit findings.
• Promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement in HSE performance at the site.

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
