A Male candidate who is qualified in Diploma in Fire & Safety Engineering / NEBOSH with 1-2 years in Civil Construction field is required. Immediate joiners preferred.
Key responsibilities as given below:
- Implement and monitor the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures at project sites.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections to identify unsafe acts or conditions and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety awareness programs for workers and staff.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and client HSE requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive HSE documentation including incident reports, inspection checklists, PPE issuance logs, and training registers.
- Investigate and report near misses, incidents, and accidents; ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness drills and ensure the readiness of fire fighting and first-aid equipment.
- Prepare audit observation reports and provide timely responses to internal audit findings.
- Promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement in HSE performance at the site.
