Job Overview

Spandana Hospital is seeking a compassionate and dedicated MBBS Doctor to join our dynamic medical team. This is a full-time position for freshers, with required work experience ranging from 0 to 1 year. The position is based at our headquarter in Bangalore, and the role is designed for individuals looking to grow in a collaborative and supportive environment where patient care is a priority.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in electronic health records management to ensure accurate and up-to-date patient documentation.
  • Ability to accurately interpret medical imaging to assist in the diagnosis and treatment planning for patients.
  • Experience in telemedicine to provide remote consultations and enhance patient accessibility to healthcare services.
  • Participation in clinical research to contribute to the hospital's mission of advancing medical knowledge and treatments.
  • Skills in infectious disease control to implement effective measures ensuring patient and staff safety.
  • Patient diagnosis (Mandatory skill), including the ability to assess patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Basic life support (BLS) (Mandatory skill) certification to deliver immediate care in life-threatening emergencies.
  • Prescription management (Mandatory skill) to ensure accurate and safe medication administration for patients.

  • Conduct patient consultations to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health systems to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and ensure integrated service delivery.
  • Participate in hospital-led clinical research initiatives to contribute to the medical field's knowledge base.
  • Provide telemedicine consultations to increase accessibility and convenience for patients seeking medical advice.
  • Implement infectious disease control measures to maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Perform basic life support interventions as needed to stabilize patients in emergency situations.
  • Manage patient prescriptions accurately to ensure safe and effective medication usage.
