- Hands-on experience working with SharePoint SQL DB Migration
- Hands-on experience migrating SharePoint Sites
- Strong experience in SharePoint (SharePoint 2013 / SharePoint 2019 / SharePoint Online)
- Ability to develop SharePoint workflows & also troubleshoot the same
- Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile methodology
- Strong design and implementation skills in design patterns
- Ability to troubleshoot SharePoint workflows & create new workflows
- Basic understanding of SharePoint search
- Essential skills in documentation (technical design documents, business requirement documents, runbooks etc.)
- Ability to multi-task/prioritize/act in complex environments
- Good Knowledge of SharePoint Server side object model, CSOM & JSOM
