About Us:

Arena Animation Kankurgachi and Arena Animation Barasat are leading institutes in Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphics, and UI/UX Design education. We are seeking a talented and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute online marketing strategies for both our centers, aimed at generating quality leads, building brand awareness, and driving student enrolments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage social media content creation, posting schedules, and engagement for both centers.
  • Coordinate with the graphics team to produce creatives, videos, and ad assets.
  • Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Manage and update website landing pages for better conversion rates.
  • Support in offline marketing activities and event promotions when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Google Ads and Social Media Marketing.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and lead tracking tools.
  • Strong understanding of creative briefing and campaign coordination.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Female candidate preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the education or training industry.

Location & Reporting:

  • Reporting Location: Arena Animation Kankurgachi.
  • Marketing activities will cover both Kankurgachi & Barasat centers.
