Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented
Junior AI Engineer
to join our technology team. You will assist in building, testing, and deploying AI and machine learning models, collaborating closely with data scientists, senior AI engineers, and software developers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the AI/ML field and work on real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the
    design, development, and deployment
    of AI/ML models and algorithms.
  • Work with data scientists to
    collect, clean, and preprocess datasets
    for model training.
  • Support the
    integration of AI solutions
    into applications, APIs, or business processes.
  • Conduct
    model testing, evaluation, and optimization
    to improve accuracy and performance.
  • Stay updated with
    latest AI/ML frameworks, tools, and research trends
    .
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for AI/ML projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and propose AI-based solutions.
  • Assist in maintaining AI pipelines, including
    data ingestion, model retraining, and monitoring
    .

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of
    Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing
    concepts.
  • Proficiency in
    Python
    and libraries such as
    NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
    .
  • Knowledge of
    data preprocessing techniques
    and exploratory data analysis.
  • Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Git version control.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    computer science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field
    .
  • Internship or academic project experience in AI/ML.
  • Exposure to
    LLMs (Large Language Models)
    , chatbot development, or prompting.
  • Understanding of
    MLOps practices
    is an added advantage.
